Weekly Insights and Impact

The India-US Bond Yields – The Gap closes considerably
Our Take – Difficult to take a view on how this will impact, but seems this can be taken from an Indian perspective in a positive light and worries of outflow of capital on such gaps narrowing in the past might not be as pertinent today as the Indian economy looks more resilient and chances of default could move from Indian corporates to US corporates
All in all – From a structural perspective, Indian markets continue to look very good for a very spectacular decade of investment returns through 2030

• Markets remained flat through the week.
• Gold and Crypto have moved back to all-time highs.
• Trump tantrums continue to haunt markets as Trump places tariffs on the Eurozone economies.
• Our stance remains the same – Cautious in the very short term and positive over medium to long term – For any moneys not needed for >24-36 months just stay put and hibernate 😊 (P.S – As long as you are with good managers and diversified funds – investors taking outsized sector / thematic calls cannot hibernate ever 😉)

Fractional Real Estate continues to be worrying – For investors exploring investments, be super discerning or wait for SM Reits (Or simply stay put with equities, which will do much better and are more liquid) – Source – Mint

The key to a $1.3T opportunity
A new real estate trend called co-ownership is revolutionizing a $1.3T market. Leading it? Pacaso. Led by former Zillow execs, they already have $110M+ in gross profits with 41% growth last year. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO. But the real opportunity’s now. Until 5/29, you can invest for just $2.80/share.
This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.
